Las Vegas Market's Three Phase Strategic Plan

Plans for this initiative include the growth of existing resources and 
the addition of trend-forward,

high-end and edited resources in the 
Gift + Home categories. Rearranged and re-merchandised product segments will create an effective, purpose-driven environment for 
tenants and exhibitors, as well as a productive and enjoyable shopping experience for attendees.

Plans for this initiative include the growth of existing resources and the addition of trend-forward, high-end and edited resources in the Gift + Home categories. Rearranged and re-merchandised product segments will create an effective, purpose-driven environment for tenants and exhibitors, as well as a productive and enjoyable shopping experience for attendees.

Phase I begins now, with the enrichment of Gift + Home exhibits and an aggregation of gift, decorative accessories and home décor. New rollouts will continue, as illustrated below, throughout the three-phase transformation and each will be pre-leased and pre-marketed to ensure launch success.

PHASE I: WINTER 2013

  • Launch Home Décor on C3
    C3 will be home to a collection of better home décor and home textile resources with an emphasis on sophistication 
and style.

Launch New Temporary Categories on 
C4 and C5
    Vintage and Artisan/ Craft will be added 
to the variety of resources.

PHASE I: SUMMER 2013

  • Launch c-ONE c_ONE
    c-ONE will be a curated collection of tabletop and directional cross-category resources designed to attract high-end specialty retailers in the gift, lifestyle and home décor categories.

     

  • Launch Home Décor/ Home Textiles on C4
    Home décor will be expanded to C4 and 
will include the addition of specialty 
home textiles.

Launch Lifestyle Collection on C10
    A cross-category assortment of the industry’s most fashion-forward resources, C10 will present contemporary gift lines, children’s products, fine stationery and letter-press, personal care and wellness, fashion accessories, jewelry, men’s gifts, tech accessories, and luggage and travel accessories designed to attract new specialty retail channels.
