Las Vegas Market's Three Phase Strategic Plan
Plans for this initiative include the growth of existing resources and the addition of trend-forward, high-end and edited resources in the Gift + Home categories. Rearranged and re-merchandised product segments will create an effective, purpose-driven environment for tenants and exhibitors, as well as a productive and enjoyable shopping experience for attendees.
Phase 1 began in January 2013, with, with the enrichment of Gift + Home exhibits and an aggregation of gift, decorative accessories and home décor. New rollouts will continue, as illustrated below, throughout the three-phase transformation and each will be pre-leased and pre-marketed to ensure launch success.
